Segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan kelistrikan mobil tentu saja sebagai pedoman untuk menganalisa pekerjaan adalah kita memiliki wiring diagram.

Mobil avanza ac blower,compresor ac, power window dan lampu sein nya semua nya gak kerja kira-kira apa nya yang bermasalah?

Kalau dilihat dari wiring diagram, akan terlihat jelas keempat komponen mobil Avanza tersebut yaitu power window, ac mobil, Lampu sein dan sistem blower ac dikontrol atau dikendalikan oleh satu sekring yaitu sekring IG1/Back untuk menggerakan relay IG, relay Blower dan relay MGC atau Relay Magnetic Clutch. Lokasi sekring IG1/Back berada di samping tuas membuka kap mesin.

Jika keempat bagian tersebut tidak bekerja atau tidak berfungsi secara bersamaan, besar kemungkinansekring IG1/Back putus atau longgar.

• Rumus Sederhana

Diameter Port In = 80% x Diameter Klep In

Diameter Port Out = 80-100% x Diameter Klep Out

Rumus diatas merupakan penyederhanaan dari penghitungan yang lebih rumit, karena hasilnya mayoritas kurang lebih seperti itu.

• Rumus Yang Lebih Kompleks

Port Dia. = sqrt ((Piston Dia.)2 / Gas Speed x Piston Speed)

Untuk mencari hasil yang diinginkan, lebih mudah jika dihitung satu persatu, dintaranya :

Gas Speed =>   V = (L x N)/30.000 x (D/d)2

L = Stroke / Langkah Piston, satuannya mm

N = Engine speed, satuannya rpm

D = diameter silinder, satuannya mm

d = diameter klep, satuannya mm

Piston Speed => Piston Speed = (2 * stroke * N)/60

Piston speed = kecepatan piston, satuannya m/s.

stroke = langkah piston, dalam satuan meter.

N = aran mesin saat peak power, satuannya rpm

• Contoh                                                                                                                                                         Sebagai contoh, saya akan memasukkan spesifikasi Thunder 125 standar :

Gas Speed = 81,243 m/s (didapat dari artikel sebelumnya)

Piston Speed = 16,26 m/s (didapat dari artikel sebelumnya)

Diameter piston = 57 mm

Untuk penghitungan satuannya musti disamakan dulu, karena yang dihitung adalah diameter porting dengan ukuran milimeter maka satuan gas speed dan piston speed disesuaikan ke satuan milimetre/second.

Gas Speed = 81,243 m/s  = 81.243 mm/s

Piston Speed = 16,26 m/s  = 16.260 mm/s

Diameter piston = 57 mm

Jadi :

Port Dia. = sqrt ((57)2 / 81243 x 16260)

Port Dia. = 25,50011 mm, atau dibulatkan menjadi 25, 5 mm.

Sesuaikah dengan rumus sederhana diatas?

Diameter Port In = 80% x Diameter Klep In

Diameter klep in Thunder 25,5 mm, berarti ukuran posting sama dengan ukuran klep?

Nanti dulu, masih ada rumus sederhana lainnya, yaitu :

Diameter Valve In = 55-57% x Diameter Piston

Jika spesifikasi Thunder dimasukkan kedalam rumus :

Diameter Valve In = 56% x Diameter Piston

Diameter Valve In = 56% x 57 mm = 31,92 mm

Diameter Port In = 80% x 31,92 mm = 25,536 mm, mendekati hasil hitung menggunakan rumus kompleks diatas. ( sumber :
